INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
The installation of a Rotrex is really easy, but it has to be done by a specialized tuning house. Even if you have experience in installing other supercharging systems, read these instructions carefully before installing a Rotrex compressor model.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- When removing the pulley, the pulley shaft must not rotate counterclockwise. Even slow rotation of the shaft counter-clockwise can lead to the destruction of the Rotrex supercharger and voids the warranty. Please contact us asking for instructions on how to remove aluminum or steel pulleys if you need help. Get the Pulley Removal Tool that is available in our e-shop.
- C8s and C15s are using a long life seal that requires the canister to be placed lower than the supercharger! For more information please see the Rotrex Technical Handbook.
APPLICATIONS
Rotrex superchargers can be installed on any internal combustion engine. Therefore, they can be fitted to all vehicles with piston or rotary engines. To install Rotrex on your car or motorcycle, it is advisable to choose a preferred tuning house and contact them. As dealers we do not deal with Rotrex installations or other car tuning jobs. We provide consulting technical support to tuning houses to ensure the perfect application of Rotrex superchargers.
