Priority Support Time. All your requests will be placed in the priority queue, which is before the normal queue.
In order to purchase more than 1 hour, please use the quantity field above. If you want to assign us often and ongoing work on your website, and you need priority, you can get the “Priority Support Time Subscription” service, which offers a lower price per hour (down to 20 Euro er hour).
Web & Server Support Time. Anything related to Web Design/Development, Server Administration, Image Processing, Content Creation on Website, Add products on E-shop etc.
Server Administration: Linux servers, Centos, Debian, Ubuntu, Apache, nginx, PHP 5.x, PHP 7.x, MySQL, MariaDB, Redis, Memcached, Postfix, Dovecot, Exim, ProFTPD, vsftpd etc.
All our Support Services have a fee per Hour. A minimum purchase time of 1 hour, and a minimum job time of 1 hour apply.
Purchased Support Time is valid for 1 month from the date of purchase. After 1 month, a new purchase is required, even if the time purchased has not been consumed completely.

Note: The maximum time per client per day is 4 hours. This means that by purchasing 8 hours you will wait for your turn for the first 4 hours to be executed, and the next day your task will be completed. If you need more than the 4 hours daily limit allows, please contact us.
