Ways to contact us if you are a web hosting or web development client

If you are a client and you need to contact us, for any reason, any time, the best option is to send an e-mail to support@philanthropy.gr.

Alternatively, you can login to our Support Ticketing System at https://www.philanthropy.gr/support/ and create a Support Ticket.

The above two ways are actually identical, every e-mail sent to support@philanthropy.gr is automatically transformed into a Support Ticket, and vice versa.

 

If you have an urgent issue, after sending your e-mail, please also call our office phone +30 2106658272. We operate with a first come, first served policy, but urgent issues usually get a priority.

Urgent issue is considered a situation in which your website is not working at all, or has a serious malfunction like an e-shop not accepting payments. Philanthropy.gr ltd. is able to provide services 24 hours, 365 days a year. However, for working off the normal office hours, an increase in price applies, depending on the occasion, upon agreement.
