If you are a client and you need to contact us, for any reason, any time, the best option is to send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Alternatively, you can login to our Support Ticketing System at https://www.philanthropy.gr/support/ and create a Support Ticket.
The above two ways are actually identical, every e-mail sent to email@example.com is automatically transformed into a Support Ticket, and vice versa.
If you have an urgent issue, after sending your e-mail, please also call our office phone +30 2106658272. We operate with a first come, first served policy, but urgent issues usually get a priority.
